[10/04/2011 18:13:57] PARIS (AFP) Le conseil d’administration de l’opérateur boursier transatlantique NYSE Euronext a rejeté dimanche “à l’unanimité” l’offre d’achat déposée par les américains Nasdaq OMX Goup et InterContinentalExchange, continuant à lui préférer celle de l’allemande Deutsche Boerse.
